Thanks to video products, I have been able to redefine what's possible to accomplish in a day. Last year, another marketer and I planned out a bunch of video products and audio interviews.

Creating videos only a few hours per week, we generated 55 hours of content... some videos were his, some were mine, some had both of us, and some were resale rights videos. We built up an entire year's worth of videos, ready to drip out on the private blog on autopilot.

The site was called Daily Seminar. We priced it at $47 per month, filled it with only 50 members and experienced very little attrition in the first few months. After those few months, we found a buyer for that site.

Think about it... we pulled out $8,000 of membership fees, plus the $32,000 selling price, from a membership site with less than 50 members. All because we created a lot of content fast.

If that site had taken 6 months or a year to create the site, that $40,000 profit margin would not have been worth it. But two hours a week for a few months... a hobby that makes that amount of money? You better believe I'd repeat that over and over again!

It wouldn't have been possible without video. We once recorded 12 interviews back-to-back one morning, and it wasn't uncommon for me to personally recorded six 20-minute tutorials in one afternoon if I had a good idea.

Lance and I agreed on eight different topics with a common theme -- list building. We figured out who would record which videos, meaning we only needed to each record four one-hour videos. Then, we scheduled them throughout the day so that the "easy" subjects were in the morning, and the more involved ones happened later in the day.

On top of all that, we invited many of our students into the webinars and sold day passes for $97 to be able to attend live.

With just a couple of e-mails to our lists, and very minimal planning, we sold 23 tickets to the day of webinars.

But that's not all. After that day, we converted our videos, stuffed them into a membership site called List Copywriting and we're now selling the recordings in pieces in a $27 per month membership site.

That site is currently converting at 1.68% into a 7-day trial, and we retain 71% of those people from the dollar trial through at least the first $27 month. And the longer they stay in the membership site, the more webinars they get.

Your membership site might convert better or worse... but you never know until you TRY, right?

Because the average membership subscriber stays in a membership for 3 months, that's a 1 dollar per visitor value.
